IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE MASTERCLASS

Mr. Sebastian Jacot Masterclass Application Policy

To be considered for Mr. Jacot’s Masterclass at the Vietnam International Flute Festival,

applicants MUST submit a short performance video by February 28, 2026.

All submitted videos will be reviewed, and qualified candidates will be selected for participation in the masterclass.

📌If you are participating in BOTH the competition and masterclass, your eligibility for the masterclass will be evaluated based on your preliminary round video submission.
📌If you are NOT participating in the competition and will attend the masterclass ONLY, please submit a link of your video performance of 2–3 minutes featuring any classical flute repertoire as part of your application.

(For example, a video performing only the exposition of Mozart concerto is also acceptable.)

Please note the following policies:

 •    The Main Artist reserves the right to select students based on the level and suitability of their playing.
 •    A student’s ONE Main Artist lesson may be replaced by TWO Guest Artist lessons, depending on availability and artistic considerations.

Festival Fees

VIFF provides a variety of package options to make the registration process easier for participants.

Please read the instructions carefully below:

📌The number next to “Main Artist” and “Guest Artist” indicates the number of lesson sessions. For example, “Main Artist 1 + Guest Artist 1” means one lesson with each artist.

📌Audience Pass — All parents or guardians attending the festival must purchase this pass to enter the music concerts and/or masterclasses.

📌Purchase of Options 1–5 includes one Audience Pass for the registered participant.

📌Options 1–5 include the competition fee.

📌Applicants who select "Option 6 – Competition Only" and wish to attend concerts, masterclasses, or other festival events are required to purchase a separate Audience Pass.

Option 2: Main Artist 1 + Guest Artist 2 +1 Audience Pass - USD $500

Option 3: Main Artist 2 + Guest Artist 2 +1 Audience Pass - USD $800

Option 4: Guest Artist 3 +1 Audience Pass - USD $450

Option 5: One Audience Pass (Listen-only Pass) - USD $300

Option 6: Competition Only (No Audience Pass included) - USD $200

Make a Payment

To participate, you must pay your application fee. After selecting your package option from below, please make the payment via wire transfer for the corresponding amount.

Additionally, after completing the payment, please make sure to save the transaction number and payment information accurately, and upload them to your application.

♦️Note♦️Any transaction fees, including bank and credit card fees for sending or receiving payments,

MUST be paid by the applicant.
The festival participation fee is considered complete only when the full amount has been received.
